"WHISPERS OF SHITAN TO YOUTH"

In the Name of Allah: No Assistance except from Him. Our praise to Allah: No Gratitude except for Him. Glories to You my Lord: You Created me and I am in full obedience to Your Command. I hold my covenant to You by whatever is in my power. I bear witness that there is no Deity except Allah. I send my prayers and greetings to the best among all creatures Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the Messenger of peace who received the last message of the heavens to guide the worlds and delivered Allah's Integrated Legislation and Wisdom in a perfect manner.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam, I greet you by the greeting of Islam: Asslamu Alikum Wa Rahmetu Allah Wa Barakath:

Before the last three Khutbas about the Hajj, I covered the subject of "The Ummah of The Jinn" in an educational series about these unknown creatures living with us and having a mission on earth. This Friday Inshaa Allah, I will talk about the effects of this Ummah on human beings. I will state how we protect ourselves from the defects and diseases caused by their tricks which affect us directly and cause sometimes a chain reaction of mistakes and sins which lead to a weak faith and an unconscious disobedience to Allah.

It is typical that every human being has lived a destructive period of doubt and was exposed to internal emotions about:

  • His existence in this life;
  • The life and death;
  • The paradise and hell;
  • The reward and punishment;
  • The objective of human creation:
    • Its beginning and its end.
    • And even what was before the beginning and what is after the end of life?

It is also typical that every human being felt a strong resistance to every thing he heard or studied about faith, indications of Monotheism of Allah and the reasons of creation.

If you remember your own years of youth, you will find a picture of the status of our youth today. You may then wonder how long does it take our youth to stay in the period of doubt and disturbance about all these questions and how complex their lives would be if they couldn't find reasonable answers. While wondering, you will easily discover that the only reason to all these doubts and disturbances were and will always be the continuous whispering of Shitan (Satan).

When the youth start their maturation and become ready to ponder and think about all the creations around them to add to their natural innate faith, an additional mental and educational creed. As soon as they try to become immune against the disbelief, the Shitan starts his serious and destructive trials on them to question:

  • Where is Allah?
  • How would you believe in what is not seen or sensed?
  • Why Does Allah Shield Himself?
  • Why is this person born rich and his/her wealth and power increase while the other is born poor and his/her poverty is increasing?
  • Why does a person passe away after he lives the period of arrangements and preparation and starts to sustain his old parents and his needy family?
  • Why and Why? In an endless series of interrogations.

If the youth keep these whispers of Shitan inside themselves, they will always be in a state of doubt which may increase and become a serious disease. But:

  • If we direct our youth and encourage them to think and search;
  • If we become educated enough to give them the confidence to come back to us and discuss their doubts;
  • If we direct them to what others have searched and found in response to these doubts.

If we do that we will be:

  • Doing our duty towards the youth,
  • Closing the doors of doubt opened by the whispers of Shitan,
  • And moreover, we will have a peace of mind Granted by Allah as a reward in the worldly life and we will be more rewarded in the Hereafter.

The response to the question about:

THE EXISTENCE OF ALLAH IS CLEAR AND OBVIOUS IN EVERYTHING AROUND US:

  1. The sun rises everyday at a certain time without retardation, flows in a certain route without deviation and finally it sets at a specific time without delay.
  2. The moon is born in a certain size and shape. It increases gradually every night in a balanced way to become a full moon through a certain number of days. Then it starts to decrease in a specific percentage until it reaches a crescent then a wane of a size exactly the same as it was born.
  3. The sun did not change its periodical route and the moon did not take any different shapes than its usual formats along the lifetime of human beings.
  4. Is that different than what everyone observes every day and night?
  5. And the earth which rotates permanently; flowing in the universe:
    • Does not fly out or fall in,
    • It is not tied to a support or pivot,
    • Its periodic route is continuous,
    • Its motion is accurate,
    • And the facts discovered about it every day are surprising.
  6. The shinny stars which remained through the history in its places in the sky in:
    • Tremendous numbers,
    • Big sizes
    • And ultra high speeds.
  7. These stars did not hit or come close to each other:
    • What are the laws which tie these stars?
    • What regulations control them?
    • And who made these rules and regulations?
    • Moreover, what power controls this entire universe which contains all these creations?

  8. And who created mankind if no human claimed that he created other humans?
    • Who observed and took care of him/her while he/she was a fetus in his mother's womb, where there are no air, water, sun or food?
      • Who supplied this fetus with the alternatives to all these sustenance in accurate amounts necessary for the growth without waste?
      • Who designed these amounts of sustenance sufficient enough for each size of a fetus and forbids the exit of any waste so that the fetus will not burn in the womb?
    • And who causes the child to be born in his/her due time by a certain power and wisdom?
    • Then after the child is born: His feeding milk flows from his mother's chest:
      • A kind of milk suitable for the child's age.
      • The quantity and concentration of this milk changes along the life span of the childhood.
      • It increases in quantity and becomes more concentrated every day to suit the child's requirements of life and growth.
      • If the child passed away, the flow of milk is suddenly stopped and when the child reaches the age of dependence on natural food, the flow of milk stops too.
    • So:
      • Who causes the milk to flow in the mother's chest?
      • Who changes its quantity and concentration everyday?
      • Who stops its flow whenever it is not needed?
    • Also about the body of human being:
      • His hearing, sight, smelling, tasting and sensing;
      • His sleep and awake-ness;
      • His motion and stoppage;
      • His eating and his digestion;
      • His bones and his hair;
      • Or even each cell and muscle in his body?
      • His life and death?
    • Who created all that?

  9. And the creations serving mankind: The earth and its produce of vegetation:
    • The same soil,
    • The same water
    • And the produce is:
      • Sweet or bitter;
      • Soft or rough,
      • White or black
      • Beautiful or crude,
      • Smooth or piercing,
      • Vegetables and fruits,
      • Herbs and grains.
      • Millions of: kinds, types, smells and tastes and colors as sustenance to mankind.
    • Who produced all these and controlled its growth?
    • Who prepared all these sorts to suit each and every human and become adequate to his/her needs?

  10. The animals and birds, the insects and germs:
    • Each has its own sort and kingdom;
    • Each has its own endless wands
    • And in each you can easily find the clear and sufficient indications of the Existence and Power of Allah.

    Just ponder about the ant. This very small creature which everyone can see its shape, observe its behavior and study its attitude and way of life. Just think of the creation of this ant:

    • How its bones are formed and how precise and accurate these bones are created?
    • What is the weight and size of its flesh?
    • How much blood it carries?
    • The network of nerves spreading allover its body;
    • What is the size of the diameter of the nerve?

  11. And about the other creatures, which the ant is tremendously huge compared to them:
    • What are their sizes?
    • There are huge amounts of other tiny creatures in different kinds, difficult to count or see even by magnifying instruments.
    • There are also the creatures, which we feel their effects but we cannot see.
    • Each of these creatures is a member of a sufficient and separate kingdom.

    In these endless kingdoms, there are life and death which shows the signs of the Might and Power of the Creator and the indication of the Existence of Allah.

The question about:

THE STATUS OF THE RICH AND POOR:

If we examine carefully this status and relate them to the life structure of human beings, we will find that this status is a necessary ingredients of an integrated life:

  1. If all human beings are rich:
    • Who will work to facilitate life to them?
    • Who will plant and collect crops for food?
    • Who will buy and sell?
    • Who will prepare food and clothes?
    • Who will serve the old and patient?
    • Who will clean and fight fire?
    • Who will do all the service to these rich?
  2. On the other side, if all human beings are poor:
    • Who will manage,
    • Control
    • And pay them?

The question about:

LIFE AND DEATH:

The child, youth or grown ups all die the same at a certain specified age. Death is not the end of humans, but it is a transfer to another style of life with different regulations. This transfer and the wisdom around it are not known to the human kind.

These questions and the search around them lead to the first fact of life, that is, the Existence of Allah with His Might, Wisdom, Power and Mercy.

All these sources of doubts were (as I mentioned) among the whisper of Shitan to our youth. If we guide them to face these questions, this will not be the last station of the whispers of Shitan. He will try another approach with them, which is:

If all these are indications of the Existence of an Absolute Power, Controlling everything of His Creations and Having Mercy on all of them; the Shitan agrees with the youth. But, he starts another source of doubt, that is:

Is it possible that all this huge power belongs to many gods, where every god will have certain functions and specialties? And if that is the case, who is the god we will follow?

The logical response to this source of doubt is inherent in the questions. The nature of all creations in the universe indicate the Monotheism:

LIKE:

  • The unity in the sorts of creatures;
  • The unity in the origin of each kind;
  • The unity of their existence in life;
  • The united universe with its organized and non-disturbed Solar and Lunar systems.

ALSO:

  • Did we hear any one witness or observe that one god preceded another in any of the universal systems?
  • If there are plenty of gods why didn't one of them showed that he is more superior than the others by his specialty?
  • Why did we not see any traces of the differences between these presumed gods, which may spoil the earth and heavens?

All mankind observed no differences in any of the universal system, controlled by:

  • One single Mighty Power,
  • An Ever Lasting Single God,
  • No one else can harm or benefit Him,
  • That Is Aallah:
    • The one,
    • The Eternal Absolute,
    • Begetts not,
    • Nor Is He Begotten,
    • And there is none like unto Him.
    • He Claims Himself to Have all these Attributes and we never heard objection from any one else.
    • So His Claim is true until we hear any one who may claim the contrary.
    • We never heard and never will.

Ask Allah forgiveness and be sure that He, Almighty Will Respond and Reward you.

Praise be to Allah:

"Who Forgiveth Sin, Accepteth Repentance, Is Severe in Punishment, And Is all-Bountiful. There is no god But He: to Him Is the Final Goal."(40-3)

I ask Allah to shower His Peace and Prayers on Prophet Muhammad, his family and all his companions.

Dear Muslims:

Shitan will not give up as long as we live. Whenever he finds that the youth are guided to close the holes of doubt, he starts whispering back through another channel of doubt; like:

  • By what religion do you worship Allah?
  • What are the indications that this religion is true?
  • And what are the indications that all the religions are true?
  • And the messengers, why are they not regarded as very clever people looking for their own glory, so they called people to a new way of life, and in order to spread it they related the new preached system to Allah?

These whispers of Shitan are defeated by the contents and implementation of the messages:

  • None of the Messengers or Prophets claimed more than that he is a servant to Allah.
  • They did not relate to themselves more than the capabilities of the ordinary human beings other than the revelation, which Comes to them from Allah and the miracle to let the people believe that they are Messengers.
  • All of them lived the same life of human beings. They suffered more than any others did.

And look at the contents of each religion:

  • Did you see any religion calling humans to other than their own benefits?
  • All the religions in its non-deviated form call human beings to worship Almighty Allah alone,
  • The indications that all messengers and Prophets are servants to Allah like any other human, the indications that all non-deviated religions are true and the messages of 25 Prophets are in our hands, accompanying us every time and at every place, these indications are seen clearly in the Holy Quraan.
  • It is the message of Allah to all mankind. It has the indications and assurance of the messages sent to Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah and others (PU them and Upon Our Prophet).

The first and most important attempts of Shitan are to deviate mankind from the righteous path and make him/her a nonbeliever, as it is stated in Sura # 59 Al-Hashr, Verse # 16, where Allah Says:

"(Their allies deceived them), like Satan when he says to people, "Disbelieve": but when (some people) disbelieves, Satan says, "I am free of you: I do Fear Allah, The Lord of the Worlds!"

I hope and pray that we will be:

  • Cautious of the whispers of Shitan,
  • Educate ourselves and our youth, so that every one will have a clear vision that we are approached by Shitan every time we try to do good deeds, and that Shitan always tries all the possible ways to shut off this potential.
  • At the end, that is in the Day of Judgement, Shitan will say: How can I help you against Allah? Didn't you see I am afraid of Him? You must bear the consequences of your own decisions.

    I will pray and ask Allah, Please say Amen
