"MUSLIMS BELIEF IN ALL TRUE REVELATIONS"

In the Name of Allah: No Assistance except from Him. Our praise to Allah: No Gratitude except for Him. Glories to You my Lord: You Created me and I am in full obedience to Your Command. I hold my covenant to You by whatever is in my power. I bear witness that there is no Deity except Allah. I send my prayers and greetings to the best among all creatures Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the Messenger of peace who received the last message of the heavens to guide the worlds and delivered Allah's Integrated Legislation and Wisdom in a perfect manner.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam, I greet you by the greeting of Islam: Asslamu Alikum Wa Rahmetu Allah Wa Barakath:

My topic today Inshaa Allah is about Muslim's belief in all true revelation. In my last Khutbas in this series, we examined many of what is stated in the books of the Jews and Christians with no additions from our side as Muslims. I am sure that all of us realized the extent of what these books contain of statements and tales far away from the logic or sense. These books present clearly the nonfaithful daring on the Scripture about Allah and His Messengers. I believe that after we study their scripture, we will come to one conclusion, that is:

The majority of what is currently stated in these books has nothing to do with Allah's Revelations.

When you face the people of the book by that conclusion they respond by saying that all our descriptions about their books will bounce back to our book the Quraan and lower the level of truth in its stories. The reason as they say is that we praise the Torah and Bible in our Quraan; and they ask how their books are not trustworthy while the Quraan praises both books and calls for the full respect to what was ordained in the Torah and Bible?

The answer is worth mentioning for myself and you to remember. We Muslims do not mix between the Torah revealed to Prophet Moses and the current Torah. Also we do not mix between the Bible revealed to Prophet Jesus and the current Bibles. We believe that the current Torah and Bibles are clear additions and mixes between the real revelations and the ill imaginations. The current books present in the majority of its contents an edition of texts that have no relation to any revelation from the heavens.

We Muslims believe in Moses and his Torah, also we believe in Jesus and his Bible. In our Holy Quraan, Allah Says in Sura # 5 Al-Maida, Verses # 44 and 46:

"It was We Who Revealed the Torah (to Moses): therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the Prophets who submitted to Allah's Will."(5-44)
 "And in their footsteps We Sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Torah that had come before him: We Sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light."(5-46)

You will not find a single Muslim believer who denies the Torah of Moses and the Bible of Jesus. But:

Where are both of these two books now?

Does the Torah that talks about a Lord who does not know, becomes sorry and plays a wrestling game contains guidance and light for people to recognize the Righteous way?!

Do the Bibles that have no existing copy related to Jesus himself serve as an authentic source?!

What the Jews and Christians Preach are books filled with different tales that relate to Allah (God) and His Messengers non-decent qualities. These tales are not acceptable by any non-biased brain at any capacity. Perhaps, there are some residuals of revelation, but the majority has nothing to do with what Allah Sent for human guidance.

When you examine the whole contents of these books, your mind will face the question of:

If the core text is impossible to believe, how can I accept its tales?!
If you read that:

  • Prophet Jacob learned from his father Prophet Isaac who learned from his father Prophet Abraham that: The Part is greater than the total sum,
  • Or that Allah enjoyed a meal with Prophet Abraham,
  • Or that Allah was involved in a game of wrestling with Prophet Jacob for a full night.
Would you ask any competent person to believe in these tales because those who stated these tales are big names and trustworthy?

How can any person trust these impossible tales?

The people who lie would not find it difficult to create the reasoning and support to what they relate to Allah without knowledge!

To know the differences in the ways the Holy Books were written, recorded and preserved, we have to study their history in an intelligent way.

In the case of the Holy Quraan: when any of the Verses were revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he listened carefully to these Verses, then he calls special Muslims to write and others to memorize what was revealed. These Verses were recorded in the human brains of the believers and in the preserved written texts. Every day or night and at each time of the daily five prayers, Verses of the Quraan were recited; the reciters were continuously reading and the written texts were distributed every where. The good reciters were reading the Verses in its perfect recitation as it was Descended and Ordained by Allah to Angel Gabriel to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The believers who enjoyed extra prayers at night were preserving the copies and the memorization of the Words of Allah, reading them frequently at night to feel in their hearts that Allah Is Talking to all of them when they recite His Last Revelation to guide the worlds.

The Holy Quraan is a base for legislation to guide the rulers and governors of the Arabic countries first. Then, this legislation was spread to guide the idolaters in the East and the Christians in the West in some of the well-known continents.

One Holy Quraan with no differences in text or disputes in Verses, allover the globe and at all times from revelation to the Day of Judgment.

You can hardly find any other book, if ever, memorized totally by a lot of believers like that Holy Book since its creation to this moment?!

If any person is handed a copy of the Holy forefathers Quraan to read in any language, he/she will find Verses far away from bad tales about the ancient humans. They will find statements:

  • matching the normal logic,
  • Acceptable:
    • By all minds,
    • At all times,
  • For all people:
    • Of all ages,
    • At any level of civilization.
There is not a single word relating any mischief to Allah and His messengers. The holy Quraan is formed of a continuous flow presenting:
  • The Might of Allah,
  • His High Level and Attitudes over all creations.
  • A Single One God:
    • Glorified by all creatures,
    • Everything prostrates to Him,
    • Praised by all kinds of believers, animals, plants and solids;
    • The angels are subjugated to His Commands and the messengers are trying their best to please Him and get His Acceptance and Satisfaction.

If Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is mentioned, it is stated that he is an obedient person among the believers in Allah. If he has any higher level over any one that is due to:

What he keeps in his conscience and his heart; and what shows in his attitudes of:

  • Preserving a protection between himself and the Displeasure of Allah,
  • Continuous approach to Allah for forgiveness and hope in His Mercy.

In the Holy Quraan, all the Messengers: Moses, Jesus, Muhammad or any of the other prophets (PBU them all), are all obedient believers in Allah. If His Almighty's Will were to destroy them all, none of them would have survived. But, Allah Kept them, and Honored all of them by His Own Will, so that they fulfill certain assigned missions.

Ask Allah forgiveness and be sure that He, Almighty Will Respond and Reward you.

Praise be to Allah:

"Who Forgiveth Sin, Accepteth Repentance, Is Severe in Punishment, And Is all-Bountiful. There is no god But He: to Him Is the Final Goal."(40-3)

I ask Allah to shower His Peace and Prayers on Prophet Muhammad, his family and all his companions.

Dear Muslims:

How these qualities and attributes of the Holy Quraan are compared to what the current Torah states, where: Moses was tough in talking to God, and Allah accordingly was hesitant, sorry and backed away from his decisions? We Muslims witness that Allah is Much Higher and Absolutely different than these statements which originate from rotten mentality and false ideology.

Listen to what they wrote in the Torah:

The Lord said to Moses: Leave now and descend down because your people whom you saved from Egypt have become bad. They quickly deviated from the Righteous way you preached. They made a casted calf, prostrated to it and made sacrifices to that calf. They also said: O' children of Israel, this calf is your god after you had become safe from the Egyptians. Moreover, the Lord said to Moses: I observed your people and found that they are very arrogant so, leave me now for my burning frustration will make me destroy the majority of them. So, the remainder of your people will become a great nation. Then Moses talked to the Lord (his God) in humility saying: Why my Lord, you escalate your anger on your nation whom by your bounties and might you saved from the land of Egypt? Do you like it that the Egyptians say: Moses planned to take them out, destroy them or make them vanish from the face of the earth? Back-away from your burning anger and be regretful that you intended to do evil to your nation. Remember Abraham, Isaac, Israel, your obedient believers whom you swore by yourself to them saying: I will increase the numbers of your offspring to become as the number of the stars in heaven, and I will grant your offspring all the land promised, so that they will own it all forever. At that: The Lord felt sorry that he intended to do evil to his nation. Then Moses left and descended the mountain."

We Muslims believe that none, whoever his/her creation in the heavens or earth would even dare to deal with Allah in such a trash talk. Also, we believe that Allah Is at a much higher level and Has more intentions and attitudes absolutely higher than to be angry, sorry or to back-away from his decision like a human returning back to his senses after ignoring it for a short while.

These are statements dictated by wicked people who planned to put their nation at the highest level through lies and to picture the Jews as superior over all mankind through false tales.

Moreover, we believe that the offspring of Ismail, the son of Abraham, are similar to the offspring of Isaac the other son of Abraham, and both offspring are similar to all other human beings. None of them will have superior level over the others except by piety, good behavior and pure intentions.

The Torah that was revealed to Moses disappeared through the different ages and times of the children of Israel. What remains from the real Torah is the doubtful inheritance, which mixes a lot of human imaginations with some real revelations. The texts in their totality hide the sweetness of guidance into a texture of trash that reaches the unlawful.

About the Bible, we Muslims ask faithfully where is it? The Four well-known Bibles are stories written by the scholars (Disciples) of Jesus. They included in these Bibles what they indicated that Jesus was preaching. Well! We will decline asking about the Bible of Jesus and we will try to search for the residual of Righteousness in what these faithful scholars wrote. If we try, we will find out that Jesus and his companions are originally from the children of Israel. Their language was the Hebro in an Aramaic Dialect. The question is:

Where are the texts of these companions in its original dialect?

Their originals are lost!

Then we ask:

  • Who were the people who translated these originals?
  • What are their standards?
  • Are they trustworthy?
They are unknown!

Any non-biased person, should feel that he/she is facing a very complicated inheritance. The exploration of its core calls for its rejection and the examination of its base and reference call for refusal.

In our Tuesday sessions we studied in some detail the Hadith of the Prophet (PBUH). Also we discussed how all the scholars through the last 14 centuries examined carefully the levels of truth in the chain of those who dictated all these Hadiths and Traditions of the Prophet (PBUH).

So:

  • To what we Muslims are invited by the people of the book?
  • We accept any scholar committed to any faith to comment on the Quraan as a core and texture of a unique ideology. And we ask all of them to what do you call us?
  • To those dilutions you call holy books?

Show us better than what we have and we will follow you! And in all cases you will never be able to do, simply because there is no existence for the impossible!
